Ticket Reservation: Terms & Conditions
Please use order form for tickets!
Most time we can purchase the seats you requested, but in case of top popular artists(ex: TVXQ, Super Junior, JYJ, and Big Bang),
we can't guarantee that we can get tickets of your desired grade and quantity. We may be able to get them, but it may take some time.
Therefore, we have two kinds of pre-orders.

1) $50 deposit (per ticket)
Your goal is to watch the concert, and you don't mind getting any kind of seats.
When we are unable to purchase tickets for your top priority, we will purchase your next priority or best seat possible.
We will try the purchase until 10 days before the concert.
If you need our confirmation until certain date, specify on order form and we will issue refund on that date
in case we are unable to purchase any tickets.
We will give you final confirmation on 10 days before the concert.
In case we are unable to purchase any tickets, we will refund $45, $5 will not be refunded as handling fee.
After we send you the quote, you should pay the rest of the fee right away.
$50 is part of the whole ticket price. Handling fee itself per ticket is still $25.

2) $5 deposit (per ticket)
Your goal is to watch the concert in best location. You only need best tickets, otherwise you don't want to purchase tickets from us.
Or you have to sit next to your companion. You don't want to buy tickets if they are separated.
We will let you know once we purchase your desired ticket. If you don't pay in 24 hours, you will lose priority and we will contact next customer.
In case we can't purchase your desired tickets, we will give you final confirmation on 10 days before the concert.
Your $5 deposit is for signing up for our order, and no refunds will be given.
When we successfully bought your tickets, $5 per each ticket will be deducted from the final sum.

Please note that most time the tickets are sold out in 5 minutes, and usually we're not able to purchase all tickets on the opening date.
For the remainder, we purchase cancelled tickets-we check the ticket page regularly until they close the order.
Because of that we are only able confirm your ticket numbers 10 days before the concert.
This also means that you can place the order anytime before 10 days before the concert. Of course, the earlier the better!


1. Fees
Concert tickets of idol stars are very tough to purchase because there is a huge demand.
The website gets down immediately as the ticket opens. It is even called as a "ticket war".
Also, the sales quantity is limited to 4 tickets per one person.
Therefore I would have to hire some people to "win" the ticket.
So my fees for those concert tickets will be flat $25 per ticket.
Fees for shows that does not have huge demand will be the same as normal purchases.

2. Ticket Numbers(seat number or entrance number)
1) Priority of assigning tickets: Customers who sent $50 deposit.
Then customers who paid the full ticket price first.
2) Exact ticket number will be confirmed 10 days before the concert.
If we're ordering fewer tickets, we can confirm it earlier. But if we have multiple orders, we need enough time to arrange the tickets.
3) You can't choose ticket numbers unless the event is less popular and we have many options.
4) We may not be able to purchase linked seats(seats next to each other). If you only want linked seats, please go for $5 deposit option.

3. Receiving Tickets
Tickets are usually sent to us 2-3 weeks before the show.
We will either 1) ship to your place(overseas), 2) ship to your place/friends(in Korea), 3) ship to your accommodation,
4) directly deposit the tickets, or 5) give you the receipt to exchange for tickets at the venue.
Pickup/meetups are not available.
1) Overseas Shipping
This is the recommended and basic shipping option.
As soon as we receive the tickets, we'll mail out them using EMS.
Other overseas shipping options are not available because of the shipping days.
Shipping fee will be $15 to Asia and $18 to non-Asia.
2) Domestic Shipping
If you're living in Korea or want to ship the tickets to your friend, I will send the tickets via trackable method.
You have to let me know the address in Korean letters(Hangul).
Romanization of Korean is very tricky so it could be confusing if you give me the address in English.
Also, make sure that you(or your friend) are able to receive the mail without problem.
Post officers usually come during the day, and they may not be fluent in English.
If the mail is returned to me, it takes quite long until I receive it, so I may not be able to re-send it before the concert.
The shipping fee will be $3.
3) Shipping to the Accommodation
Most concerts mail out the tickets 3 weeks before the show, but some concerts don't send it early enough.
Then I will mail it to your accommodation in Korea.
When this is the case, I'll let you know accordingly, so please notify the hotel front to expect the mail.
If they're not aware of it, they could return the tickets.
You have to let me know the address in Korean letters(Hangul).
If you're not sure with it, give me the link to their website.
The shipping fee will be $3.
4) Direct Deposit
If you're staying at the hotel I refer to, I can directly deposit the ticket at the hotel front so that you can pick up them when you check in.
Shipping and handling fee is not required.
5) Pick up at the Ticket Booth
In some cases you have to pick up your tickets directly at the ticket booth at the venue.
This happens mostly with musicals, and when we have reserved the ticket after the delivery closed.

4. Refund
1) Full refunds only available when we were unable to purchase any tickets.
However, USD 5/EUR 3.62 will not refunded as handling fee.
2) In case we are able to return the tickets, we can issue you a refund.
Handling fee ($25 per ticket) will not be refunded. Any cancellation fee and return postage are debitted to you.

5. Other Help
I can refer you to a reliable hotel in cheaper price.
I can directly deposit the tickets at this hotel without shipping and handling fees.

6. Etc
Anything that is not mentioned here is decided by Korean Shopping Service.


Concert FAQs
Q. Please give me the best seats! I will pay extra fee for the best seats!
First pay, first served. I won't let anyone to cut in, won't take any top-up payments.

Q. When will you send the tickets to me?
A. Tickets won't be sent right after we reserve them.
Usually they send all tickets 2-3 weeks before the show.
Then the courier service could take 2-7 days.
After we receive them, we will send the tickets in 1-2 days.

Q. Can I pick up the tickets at the venue?
A. Most time you can't. First, most concerts arrange the tickets to be delivered, to avoid the ticket booth to be overly crowded.
If we purchase the ticket after they close the delivery, you can pick up the tickets from the venue.

Q. Can I pick up the tickets from you? Can we do meetups?
A. Sorry no, I won't be able to do meetups.We have too much work, and I can't really arrange the time of meetup.
There are chances that I can't save any time before the show; especially before popular shows I have to arrange everyone's tickets, shipping, and other inquiries every second.
However, I would love to meet my customers in person and I love making new friends.

If you just want to meet me and have some fun together aside of your order, I'll be happy to spare some time for you.

Q. Until when should we arrive at the venue?
A. (For concerts) Standing: 1 1/2 hours before the show starts: you have to line up according to entrance numbers.
Seats: 10 minutes before the show starts.
They are selling goodies of artist around the venue and giving out free stuff, so you could go earlier and have some fun.

Q. Are there any rules for the show?
A. You shouldn't bring any dangerous items such as fireworks.
You shouldn't bring any foods or drinks into the venue. Water is allowed.
Photography and recording is not allowed. If you get caught, they will delete the data and you may leave the venue.

Q. Can I deposit my coat or bag?
A. Yes, they have coat check around the venue, but it will be closed once they're full.
It takes very long to collect your belongings after the concert,
so I suggest you to pack your things light and keep them with you in the venue.

Q. How long does the concert last?
A. It depends, but usually 3 hours.
