A. Yes. You don't have to ask-I can buy from every website based in Korea.

However, I can't ship inflammable products or anything that is refused to transported by airplane such as spray paints.

Q. Does (name of a website) charges a domestic shipping fee?
A. Most website offers free shipping on orders above 30,000~50,000 KRW.
When your order is not big enough to get free shipping, you only have to pay 2,500 KRW~3,000 KRW for shipping.
If I have mentioned a website's shipping fee is ??? KRW for orders under $$$ KRW on the reviews,
it means they offer free shipping for orders above $$$ KRW.
Q. Do I have to pay any extra fees for paypal/conversion/bank transfer?
A. No, all extra fees are included in 20% service fee.
Q. Can I pay you in Korean Won?
A. No, unfortunately not because Korean Won is not a valid currency of Paypal balance.
Q. Before sending you an inquiry, I want to figure out how much my order would be.
A. Here is the formula;
+Buying from single shop
Order over 75,000 KRW: (Total price in Korean)*1.2/(Currency conversion)
Order below 75,000 KRW: (Total price in Korean)/(Currency conversion)+(15 USD or 10 EUR)
+Buying from multiple shop
Orders over 100,000 KRW: (Total price in Korean)*1.2/(Currency conversion)
Orders below 100,000 KRW: (Total price in Korean)/(Current conversion)+(10 USD or 7 EUR per each website)
Example: (if exchange rate is 1 USD=1000 KRW)
A) Buying from single shop, worth 50,000 KRW
50000/1000+15=65 USD
B) Buying from single shop, worth 100,000 KRW
100000*1.2/1000=120 USD
C) Buying from two shops, 40,000 KRW from one shop and 40,000 KRW from another shop
(40000+40000)/1000+10+10=100 USD
D) Buying from two shops, 50,000 KRW from one shop and 50,000 KRW from another shop
(50000+50000)*1.2/1000=120 USD
Q. Why is the deposit of 50 USD/30 EUR required? What is it for? Is it your service fee?
A. We request you to pay some deposit when you send the order to make the order easier and faster.
Upon your payment we ensure that your order is a serious one, and we are able to place your order right after we receive the order form.
This will prevent the items to be out of stock while we wait for your full payment.
The deposit is a part of your whole total which includes payment for items, service fee, and international shipping fee.
For example, if your order was $100-you already paid $50 after order form. You only have to pay $50 when you get the quote.
If your order was under 50 USD/30 EUR, we will refund the difference after we send the package.
Q. My items are worth less than 50 USD/30 EUR. Do I still have to pay deposit?
A. Yes. The difference will be used for international shipping.
If there still is any difference after shipping fee, we will issue a refund after we send out the package.
Q. Can you do in-store shopping?
A. Yes. $5 fee will be added if the store is in my local area, and $10 will be added if the store is in specific place in Seoul.
Extra $5 could be added in case of heavy items.
Q. Is G-Market considered as one seller or each seller is counted?
A. G-Market is considered as single seller. They send seperate shipments to me, though.
Q. Is there any quantity limit of an order?
A. No, there isn't. You can order as many as you want. You can order only one piece, or even hundred pieces!
Q. I'm ordering from G-Market, and your quote is higher than I expected.
How did you calculate the total?
A. There is a thing called "option price" in G-Market.
Most sellers put hundreds of items in single page, but the items are not being sold at same price.
Therefore, there is an option price per different items. The price may be added or subtracted.
Please also don't forget the domestic shipping fees.
Q. The URL of my desired item does not changes!!!
A. 1) Right click blank space and click "Properties" on the bottom. It will show you the URL.
2) Press Shift and click the item page. It will show you a new window with URL.
3) Press Ctrl and click the item page. It will show you a new tab with URL.
Q. How long it takes for a package to arrive at your place after you placed the order?
A. Usually it takes two to three days. However, if some items are low in stock, it can be delayed.
When delayed, depending on the website it may take a week to several weeks.
Reliable websites ship everything in a week.
Q. How much is the shipping cost of this, this, and that item to me?
A. As the shipping fee is based on weight, we have to know the exact weight to figure out the shipping fee.
So we can't give you exact shipping fee before we have the package in our hands.
I can give you an "advice" from my past experience but please keep in mind that it is only an estimate.
Q. Can I use other shipping options rather than EMS?
A. If you combine your order from whitelisted websites or direct sale, you can use other shipping options.
However, if your package is over 5kg, the only option is EMS or you have to split your package.
*Tip: 10x10.com has great items in low price.
Depending on the shipper, we can get free shipping even for very cheap items.
Q. Where can I track my package?
A. You can track your package at Korea Post Tracking website.
Tracking Type: EMS=EMS item
Registered Mail (RR)=International Registered Mail
Registered Mail (CP)=International Parcels
Insured Mail=International Parcels
*They ask you to install something, but you can ignore it.
Q. Can you undervalue my package?
A. Yes, I can, but only under request.
Please let me know the exact value in USD you want me to write,
as I don't know your country's custom limit.
When you ship with insurance, it is not a good idea to undervalue
because you won't get full indemnity.
Q. Can you mark my package as gift?
A. I mark every package as gift.
Q. I want to buy a mobile phone. Can you buy it for me?
A. When you buy a new cell phone in Korea, you have to register to mobile service provider or link your previous membership to new phone.
So even if you found a deal stating the phone is only 1,000 KRW-it is not the full price you should pay, you have to pay for registration fee
and monthly payment for 24~36 months.
Some sellers do sell "blank phones" without membership, which is a used phone in like new conditions.
If you're okay with such phones, you're welcomed to place the order.
However, phones sold in Korea may have different system, so some functions may not work in other countries.
Please make sure that you can use it in your country.
